Prep Mustard and Vinegar Dressing for Slaw

- 2tbspLemon Juice
- 2tbspWhite Wine Vinegar
- 1tspSalt
- 1tspPepper
- 2tbspOlive Oil
Shred Carrots, Toss with Dressing and Chill

Using a spoon or whisk, mix together mustard, vinegar, oil and season with salt and pepper.
Mix Together Dressing in Small Bowl10 mins.

Shred the large carrots using a potato peeler into a large bowl. Once complete dress with the mustard and vinegar dressing and toss to coat. Once dressed place in the fridge to chill until serving.
