Smoked Almonds

Prep Almonds
- 2cRaw Almonds
- 2tbspVegetable Oil
- 2tbspSalt
Season Almonds
- 1tbspGarlic Powder
- 1tbspOnion Powder
- 1tspLiquid Smoke
Steps
Preheat the smoker or oven to 275 F
Preheat Smoker20 mins.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, aluminum foil or Silpat. Spread almonds out on baking sheet Coat almonds in vegetable oil and then sprinkle salt over all almonds.
Prep Almonds10 mins.

- 2tbspVegetable Oil
- 2tbspSalt
Once oven or smoker has reached temperature, place tray of Almonds in cooker and set timer for 45 minutes.
Cook Almonds - Round 145 mins.
Remove the baking sheet from cooker and let rest for 5 minutes.
Remove Almonds5 mins.
Sprinkle liquid smoke (optional), and add seasonings to coat almonds.
Season Almonds5 mins.

- 1tspLiquid Smoke
Put baking sheet back into cooker and set timer for another 20 minutes.
Cook Almonds - Round 220 mins.
After 20 minutes, remove the baking sheet and let cool for 15 minutes. Once complete they are ready to enjoy!
Rest15 mins.
