Prep Cheez-Its

  • 1ctWhite Cheddar Cheez-Its
  • 2ozRanch Seasoning
  • 1tbspGarlic Powder
  • 1tbspDill Weed Seasoning
  • 2tbspOlive Oil

In a large mixing bowl, pour out full regular sized box of Cheez-Its. Next add olive oil and turn or mix to coat. Once coated, pour in ranch, dill and garlic seasoning slowly while shaking or mixing the bowl to coat evenly. Once coated, pour seasoned cheez-its onto a lined baking sheet (aluminum or butcher paper) and arrange into a single layer.

Set smoker to 225 F and add baking sheet to smoker to cook for just over 1 hour. Feel free to turn once at the 30 minute mark, but this is optional.

Start Smoker70 mins.

    Remove the baking sheet from the smoker and set to rest / cool for 10 - 15 minutes. Once complete, enjoy!
